Sunshine Thread Cutter with Gemstone

Sterling silver “sunshine’ is backed with a 16mm round olfa blade.  The blade is covered with a 15mm silver disc.  Where the blade shows through the sunshine motif, you can cut threads.  This thread cutter comes with a 4mm natural gemstone in the center.
