Repairs and Returns

Description

If a thimble does not fit, or develops a hole or if a needle threader wire breaks, please send in for repair or replacement.

When mailing a thimble, needle threader or other item for repair or exchange:

Use a locking medicine bottle with padding inside Mail in a bubble wrap envelope first class with signature required.

Enclose a note with your name, address, phone, email and what needs to be done.

And mail to:

We are not currently charging for repairs on our thimbles or jewelry, however we do ask for $10 per item for return shipping & handling.
